Hello from Jane in Australia!
Just checking if its appropriate to post a pictures I need help with? I'm on Elements 10 and VERY new to it all. I want to remove a small bit of hair from a chin and remove blemishes from the skin. I have watch quite a few tutorials but still having issues
 my brushes don't work or I can't get the layer mask right - if its not OK please let me know  thank you, Jane

Hi Jane and welcome to the forum.
Yes, you certainly may post images. It's best to post a thumbnail in the forum post - one way to do that is using Pixentral.com and you can get information on using it in the following thread: http://www.elementsvillage.com/forum...ad.php?t=69566 It's helpful if you indicate what version of PSE you are using. I'm sure you'll get lots of useful advice.

Jean, I am in Newcastle, so only 1.5hours from Sydney! how do you like Florida?! Thank you again, I will use the thumbnail to post my picture as per the moderator's instructions. It won't be something difficult to do but do you think I can get it

Hi Jane: We left Sydney on our round the world honeymoon 55 years ago - and were lucky to get jobs in the U.S. As you might know, Australians have to be sponsored into the U.S. with a job.
We have returned home often, but America is a wonderful country in which to live. I started with Photoshop Elements 2 so many years ago I cant reemember, now mainly use 5.0, but have 8.0 installed. There is no end to the learning curve, just master one phase at a time. When you can figure out how to accomplish a task on your own, you have arrived. It is usually 3 a.m. when my brain works out how to do something. This group is truly great, and there are some really smart people who are willing to share their knowledge. Enjoy. Jean
