Memory requirement for plugins
I'm running PSE 9 on Mac OS X version 10.5.8. I recently installed On One's Photo Essentials 4 plugin. I have 4 GB Ram but I still find myself looking at the spinning beach ball for much longer than I wish. I don't seem to have this challenge with Topaz. I have uninstalled Photo Essentials 4 and reinstalled it.
Do I need more than 4 GB Ram?

Hi Marilyn,
According to their website 4 GB RAM should be OK. The minimum requirement is 2 GB. Photo Essentials 4--Technical Specifications

Thanks, I should have known that. Perhaps it's something else that is slowing my computer.
