Photo theme #330

There were lots of fun bowl shots last week.

It may just be a hunch, but I think flowers are going to play a part of the upcoming week. Let's take advantage ... the theme for the week is flower pots or vases.

Grab your camera, pick some posies and have some fun.

Bill

The fine print:
Everyone is invited to participate.
Because the purpose of the weekly theme is to get us more familiar with our cameras and to sharpen our photographic skills, images should be your own and entries should be taken during the week of the theme.
Photoshopping is allowed.
Be creative and have fun!

OK Bill I'll start the week off with a china pot and flowers. Hope this is acceptable for the theme. At the moment the weather here is hardly conducive for outside pots!

Nice post Dennis ... you got us started well! The theme was chosen for indoor or outdoor shots because so many people are having a wild, wild winter. Don't worry, in a few weeks I'll be chasing us all outdoors again.

Bill

Nice image Dennis.

Since the weather has been chilly around here, I found a nice warm spot.

There was an exhibit for wicket plants at the gardens. Cactus, fly traps, And a plant called the Tropical Pitcher.
I found these items off to the side and found them interesting. Just a stroke of luck it fits in the challenege this week. Thanks Bill

Bill, nothing of any color is left outside to photograph, but I thought ahead and saved this, and a twin pot, to enjoy during the winter. Both are doing extremely well in with the eastern exposure.
Hope this qualifies.

Frank, the African Violets in the window look pretty happy as well! Nice entry.

Deborah - Perfect shots for the theme ... it pays to be a little lucky once in a while.

Well I busted out the Carhartt's, and took one for the team, and went outside to take some pix's.
The Dusty Millers still add some structure to the yard.
Can't wait until the weather breaks.
