I saw the team's presentation on-line today and was pretty impressed. I don't know if I'll be able to pass this one up when it becomes available later this month.

Just curious, Chuck - which iPad did you get? wifi or 3g? and how big?

I can't help thinking that we're being bombarded with new technology and applications so fast and furiously that we'll never have time to do anything with them other than keep the landfill sites fully topped up.
I'm the first to admit that I like gadgets but they need to actually bring some value to my life rather than just be another toy. ( Actually I think I'm trying to rationalise not having the latest gadgets 'cos really I can't afford them. If you guys have any you don't want just send them over here  )Colin

Apple is supposedly coming out with iOS 5 next month and the iCloud, which will sync your photos, contacts, etc. in a similar fashion. I'm already using MobileMe so will stick with them for now.
However, they are discontinuing their photo galleries next year, which upsets me greatly. I will be more open to Carousel at that time. If I was to get Elements 10 Plus, is that 20gb of storage forever? Or do you have to renew every year?
