Beagle Smudge

I found the following links while searching DP Review forums for advice on photo retouching. (In case you have never gone there, and I imagine most of you have, go to DP Review and click on Forum's on the left and scroll all the way down.) I love the way the beagle turned out--I didn't know I could do this and am eager to learn about the Smudge tool. I hope that Elements is as powerful as Photoshop when it comes to doing this. I know that there are hundreds if not thousands of Photoshop tutorials on the web, but I have been playing around with the following 3 and have really learned a lot.

Thanks for the links blackdog. The beagle is adorable. I haven't tried that method myself. There is just so much to do and learn!! It's impossible to keep up.
