Hello from the Windy City
Hi all,

I've been a long time user of Elements 5 and just upgraded to Elements 9 this week with that phenomenal deal at Adobe. Unfortunately, I already seem to be having a number of issues and problems with things and hope to find the answers here.

I love digital scrapbooking and creating my own papers and elements. I also just love to play around in Photoshop and other graphics programs to see what I can come up with.

Connie welcome to the Village you will find it a great place to hang your hat. I am jealous of you though you are in the area i grew up and where my family is. I was raised in a small town near Chicago called Melrose Park not to far from Ohare airport.

Just spent Thanksgiving in Evanston.

Hi Judy,

I'm familiar with Melrose Park. I go out to O'Hare quite a bit too as hubby works there PT. I don't think you should be too jealous . . . all of a sudden it's getting pretty cold here! Although it's sunny today. Thanks for the warm welcome!

Hi Frank!

I don't get up to Evanston too much or to the lake front for that matter. It is always biting when winter comes along for sure though! Thanks for the warm welcome too.

I was browsing some of your photographs . . . have some of your photos been published in the magazines? They seem familiar. Either way, it's some really great stuff!

Welcome MrsC. I grew up in the 'burbs of the Windy City and then moved to a windier city (San Francisco area) and now I'm on the coast of Oregon where it's really windy. I'm sure this says something about me. LOL!
