PSE7 - Can't Find PreSets Folder
Was trying to download Filmstrip_CustomShapes.csh file inside the Adobe Photoshop Elements7>Presets>Custom Shapes folder - but there is no Presets folder - what could have happened to it and how do I restore it?

Try this path to find it
c:/program files/Adobe/photoshop Elements/presets/custom shapes The file is probably zipped and you will need to unzip it first them put it in the custom shapes folder. Once it is copied to the proper folder, restart elements and it should be there under custom shapes. Tina B

What system do you have? I have windows vista and it is in the program files marked program files x86.

If you have the csh file, you apparently have unzipped the original zipped folder that it came in. The route to the Custom Shapes Folder in Photoshop Elements 7.0 is as has been described through the Local C drive/program files C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 7.0\Presets\Custom Shapes If you have been there and not found the Presets Folder, best case scenario would be to go to Tools/Folder Options/View to rule in or out Hidden Folders being involved…. Hidden Files and Folders Dot next to Show hidden files and folders If that fails, then you might type Custom Shapes in the computer Search function to see if you can find it that way. There is a remote possibility that somehow it got relocated to the wrong spot. Do your Adobe Custom Shapes that came with the program function properly? ATR

You might have to find where it says to show hidden files and folders to turn on all the hidden folders.
