Flaming Pear Flood Plugin

Hi - I'd like to purchase the Flaming Pear Flood Plugin; however, I can't tell from his website if it will work with Elements. Is this the flood plugin everyone else is using? If not, which one do you use?
Thanks.

This is the website. It's a fun plugin to play with. Did you try the free trial version?

Hi ...

I haven't tried in on PSE8 but hopefully one of the others will be able to confirm if it does work on it
