Scrolling or Rolling Text - Elements Village

Scrolling or Rolling Text

I am new to the Forum but not new to Elements.
Is it possible to produce scrolling or rolling text in a slide show? I assume that it could be accomplished by having multiple slides but the 1 second image minimum is too long to make the effect look real and like it is really moving.
