More DVD problems!

I have now got to the stage where I am able to burn video DVDs I have a simple problem. If I burm more than one slide show to a disc Elements 7 provides a menu for the disc. However my home system (BOSE) simply does not show this menu but starts with the first show and then playes each one in order. My portable DVD (Sony) shows the menu and then requires a number input to select a show. unfortunately the poirtable doesn'y have a keyboard or remote and therefore it is only possible to play the first show. Any suggestions?

How are you creating your DVD Menu Templates? And, which one?

Please describe your Timeline setup with regard to "....burn more than 1 slideshow to a disc in Elements 7...."

Please describe your Timeline scene marker placement and the specific DVD Menu Template that you are using.

What brand and type of DVD disc are you using for the burn to disc?

I'll be as specific as a can be away from my lap top!

i'll go into the burn to dvd option

this will say do you wish to include other slideshows? - i'll say yes

then I'll chose all those slideshows that I want to include on the disc

The problem doesn't seem to be here - I do get a menu of all of those slideshows chosed on the finished dvd but I cannot then chose to play -say number 3 - my bose system doesn't display the menu and whilst my portable does display the menu it the menu requires a number to be input to choose the particular slideshoe (but of course the portable doesn't have the facility to input a number)
