Hi and welcome to Elements Village.

Are you using Photoshop or Photoshop Elements, and which version?

You you know which effect(s) you lost?

Hi there.

I am still in somewhat of a 'Limited Knowledge' field with this program (I presume that your program is Elements 7), and there is probably a better/easier way to regain that deleted plugin, than what I am about to suggest. The only thing that "I" can think of would be to re-install the program.
