That's likely not possible or at least not recommended as there are a number of shared files but it is possible to use just the editor. Once loaded make a shortcut to:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 7.0\PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe And if you use that just the editor will open. You can also choose not to add anything to the organizer. I assume you can have acdsee point to that link as the external editor. Tony
