How to change email on account

We're changing our internet service provider, and that means the email I signed up with for my online Photoshop Express albums and thus my account email will be changing. I already have a second addy I could use, but I can find no way to change my email address for my photoshop.com account and albums.

From time to time we do get mail from Photoshop, and I fear if my mail bounces, my account will be deleted. All those hours of work uploading photos and enjoying them, sharing them, using the feature to embed in my blogs will be gone!

How on earth do you change email address on your online account?

TIA,
Carol

If you go into "My Account" and put in your password you can get to a personal info screen where it looks like you can just put in a new email address and password.

I think that would work but if not ask the question over on the photoshop.com forum where some photoshop.com Adobe people who should know hang out.

Tony, thx, but I have already gone to the "my account" page and can not change email addy there. Have even tried it in different browsers, just in case. Would you mind signing into yours and letting me know if you could actually change your own email addy? If so, do clue me in! Usually there is always a way to do this on any site.

Yes - it appears to be changeable - I got this message (just hoping that if I don't verify then it will revert to the old one but I think it should):

adobeid.jpg

PS I changed it from this screen:

I see your screen from Adobe where it plainly says to watch your mail to verify new addy. There is no way visible to me on "my account" page that will allow me to type in anything or go to a new screen in my Photoshop Express albums account! So strange. Not that you could tell anything w/out my login and password, but here I am:
http://OwensImages.photoshop.com

I did go to Adobe.com and submitted the question to them, got a "claims number." Also will ask on the forum over there. Don't want to lose my albums just because my email changes. My password is correct, btw. I can sign in just fine. I also tried on Adobe.com to change my email address on my account. Once again, my password gets me into my account w/ proper address, etc., but even there where I can go to a page to change my email or password, it will not change my email addy. Keeps coming back "error."

Thx for your assistance, but this must be something that is just my account and not a general thing. For all I know my connection to my ISP has something to do with this issue.

The issue was resolved by signing out of my Photoshop.com albums and signing back in. Then I could click on "personal info" and easily changed my email address.
