I Can't see the photo I'm trying to work with

As an example, when I want to use Levels in the Enhanced menu the Levels pop up window blocks me from seeing the results of moving the levels slider. Can I get the levels pop up window to move to the side of the photo I am looking to edit? Thanks for your help.

not sure how much of your image is being hidden but any of the pop up windows can be moved by clickin on the upper frame and draggin the window out of the way. Keep in mind that the requirements for pe3 are a monitor resolution of 768 X 1024 or higher.

You can set the layers pallet to be undocked from your pallet well and then you can move it anywhere on your computer screen. To undock it click on the little arrow at the top right of the pallet and select the appropriate option.
