Angry Photos in the wrong format?

I have uploaded 5 photos and all I have is a blue box for each one and each one is non-editable. Photoshop Express tells me these photos are not in the right format.

All of the photos are JPEGs ... 4 of them right out of Photoshop CS3 and just to test, one of them is right out of photoshop CS2. They have the ".jpg" extension (which I saved them in) and again, just to test, I re-named one of the extensions to "JPEG", but that made no difference.

I have sent in 3 requests in the form of "Help" requests, but have just been ignored.

Has anyone on the board had a similiar problem or have a clue as to what is going on with my photos? I am absolutely sure my photos are JPEGs.

Thanks.

Gary

One suggestion I can make it to make sure they are RGB and not Indexed.

What are the pixel dimensions? Express has a size limit (10MB and 4000 pixels). I seem to recall that I had similar problems with an image that was close or over the limit. It uploaded but was non viewable. If they are large files try downsizing to small jpegs and see if those work.

Biker,

When you say you have submitted 'help' requests, what do you mean? Did you post on the Photoshop Express U2U forums?
