Elements 3.0

Have been attempting to install my newly received copy of 3.0 on my iMac (1GB SDRAM) running 10.3.5. Everytime that I attempt to start Program I get a message "Could not complete your request because of missing or invalid personalization information". Tried reloading, repairing persmissions, etc nothing works. To be sure that I did not have a bad CD, I loaded in on my PowerBook(running 10.3.5 and with 1GB of ram) and it worked as advertized. Any ideas as to what might be wrong?

Sorry skywalker, I use Windows and our Mac guy (at work) isn't here anymore. I did a quick search with Google and came up with two hits, one in German and one in... Chinese? Japanese? I don't have PSE3 yet, but the first thing I'd try is to delete the preferences in the your Home/Library folder. For Elements 2, it was :

home (your name)/library/preferences/com.adobe.photoshp.elements.plist

If a similar file exists for PSE3, then trash it and restart the application.

There's also this folder that seems to contain personalization information :

home / library / Preferences / Photoshop Elements 2.0 Prefs

Make sure you have read / write priviledges on all these files.
