Fog tut anyone?

Anyone have a good tut or know where I can get one that makes realistic fog. I'm using CS3 but PE will do. I have a tut using the gradient but it doesn't really look like fog to me. I'm trying to add it to an image of a band playing on stage.

I did have a use for fog once and I see I have a fog plug-in. Got it here:

http://photoshop.pluginsworld.com/pl...media/fog.html

It's free and works in PSE or CS2 but Windows only (and maybe not Windows Vista). Doesn't give you swirling fog and you could probably do much the same thing with a white to transparent gradient layer and if you wanted it to swirl you could use one of the distortion filters on it or just push the pixels around a bit with liquify.
