Wendy

I was looking at the present Halloween challenge-how great were all he entries???

I wanted to ask about your technique on yours-how do you achieve the monochromatic look, if that's the term I should be using? The colors are stunning!

Thanks

Hi Carol ...

Here is my No 1 Challenge Entry ... Images and Layers Palette

The second image is my Challenge Entry (well before it was finished off) and the first image shows what it looks like with the top Hue & Sat Layer switched off ... its that final H&S layer that turned it green

My No 2 Challenge Entry is similar ... but a lot more layers and no final Hue & Sat Layer ... No 3 is a detail from No 2 with a Hue and Sat layer on top.

I was experimenting a little with this ... its not the sort of thing I normally do

Carol ...

All of those black cut out layers (near the top of the layers palette) are set at different opacities to get the feeling of depth
