ok
 Besides having the new Canon 40D, I also got a 50mm lens (both yesterday). I connected the camera to my TV (live view mode), and selected the selv-timer, ran as fast as posible into my chair. The chair was also used to focus on, so I got an unsharp nose but some sharp ears... Benny
