Another newbie to the Village

Hello to everyone on the forum! I am new to Photography and to Elements! I got my DSLR in February of this year, it's a Canon EOS Digital Rebel XTi and have taken nearly 4000 pictures already! I also got an Apple computer and I immediately got Photoshop Elements after taking a Photoshop course this year. One of my pictures was a finalist in a photography contest and 3 of my pictures are in a photography magazine gallery on the internet. I hope to learn lots of new things on this Elements site and from all of you as well.

I live in South Texas and am newly married and have 3 cats, two of which can be seen in my gallery. I also have a pet mouse who is in my gallery, too! I had the chance to shoot 305 Corvettes on the USS Lexington in Corpus Christi and will be shooting them again next year!

Can't wait to meet y'all!

Nan, welcome to the forum. You photos are great. I love your little mouse. He must drive your cats nuts. I have a Rebel XTi I am trying to learn how to shoot in Manual. I love the photos it takes, although I haven't updated my gallery lately with any of them yet. Glad you've joined us and hope you learn a lot here. I sure did when I started here.

Diana

Welcome Nan,
Great photos in your gallery. I'm thinking of getting the same camera you have from Santa...
