Hello there,

Does someone also experience login problems for the second course. Everytime when I try to login I get the first course which I have already finished.

Try refreshing the screen. If you are using a screen image from your own cache it will not see the new options.
Happened to me.
In Windows pres the F5 key or the refresh button

Hi 2Learn-
Boy are you in the right place! I just got through this same problem with these classes !

I would strongly recommend that you call Customer Service 1-866-808-2793 right off, ask to speak to Maureen and tell her you're having the same problems that she just fixed for Carol Webb. We spent about a week trying to fix this, and in the end, it wasn't terribly complex for them-they should square you away pretty quickly.

Hope this helps!

Another Log-in problem

I think I fell into the same abyss when trying to login to the Portrait Retouching online class. Got my email back and everything, but it won't let me login. Says my time expired on September 13. I don't think that date was even right for the first class I took. I tried the customer service number, but nobody is home on Sunday evening, apparently.

Is there any help available now?

Hi Bill ...

I think that you may have to wait until office hours in the morning

thanks Wendy

I was afraid of that. I got caught up in that confusion after Scott's class started and then the server crashed or sumpthin. Had a similar problem then.

But thanks for the reply, Wendy.
