For some reason, I am unable to download Corey's Killer Tips. I get the following URL: http://www.photoshopelementsuser.com...ile=week28.mov. However, nothing happens. Never had a problem before.

That link works for me. Try right clicking on it and choosing download to disk (or something similar, it depends on the browser).

I have been right clicking on the download here and then I chose Save Target as
copies it fine. I checked and I am able to play them in Quicktime

I downloaded to a file and then opened it and it works fine. Thanks.
