Portrait Class for Second Day?

When I log on to do my lessons it says my next class will be ready in 6 hours.

I signed up yesterday the 28th, Did lesson for Day 1, so why can't I access the next lesson?

Dorrie,

Lessons are available every 24 hours from the time that you signed up for the class.

Hope this answers your question

Tami,

It finally did appear but now I can't seem to get the movie downloaded. It just stays stuck on the download process no matter which system I try to use Quick Time or Windows Media. I even rebooted my computer. I have done many down before with no problems.

Dorrie -- I viewed it without problems and was able to save it to disk.

I wonder if you have some protective software that might be holding up the process.

I run McAfee Virus and Firewall and TrendMicro Anti Spyware which all monitor full time -- but no hang ups as of yet.

I'm glad you got it worked out OK. I hate having to do a hard reboot -- bothers me immensely.
