Download link removed
Hi all,
Just wanted to clear something up. Due to an extremely high volume of technical problems around downloading the videos, we've had to remove the "Download" option from the online training. Sorry for any inconvenience and thanks for your continued support.

Download of training video
Hi Mike,
This is my first post. I signed up for on-line training yesterday and was able to save the to my hard drive. However, today the link is gone and I can't find the file. I use Mozilla, but can switch to IE if that helps. If you can help me through the process of downloading from the temp internet file, I would appreciate your help. Bill |

How to save Training Video
Hi All,
I did some experimenting to see if I could save the Training Videos now that the link is gone. The answer is Yes. This works for IE users: Download the Training Video. Then pause it if it starts to play and minimize it and in IE go to Tools and open Internet Options. Under Temporary Internet Files open Settings. Open View Files. Click the Last Accessed button so that the arrow points down. The Training Video file name shoould look something like this: ?op=download... and the file size 10,784KB. Click the Training Video file name. Click Edit at the top of the window. Click Copy to Folder. Choose where you want the file saved, then click Copy and you've done it! This way we can go back over the Training Videos whenever we want. My best to all. If you have any questions about this proceedure, let me know and I'll try to help. Bill |
