Fix Version Set
There is a whole discussion string regarding problems with Version Sets. Specifically, this feature suddenly stopped working for me so I can no longer stack edits in Version Sets. It is a great feature that seems to have several bugs that should be fixed.

I just upgraded to PSE4. In using the organizer, so far, I haven't had any issues. I plan to sit and do some serious work soon and I don't anticipate any problems.

The Version Sets bug in PSE3 does seem to be fixed in PSE4, although I haven't seen any release notes confirming this...
