Accessing Help in Elements 3.0
Because of the SP2 in XP I can no longer access Help in my program. Iread the message on the Adobe website and changed my settings, however, I still get nothing when I click on the help. It just appears on my taskbar but there is no window...I also looked in the installation CD and I can't find the PDF>. Help file on the CD. Can anyone tell me how to get the Help to work??? Thank You..

Help
 I had the same thing, press Ctrl+Alt+Shift the moment you click on help in the program, click yes on the popup, and help should open. You mite have to try a couple times to get timming right.
Hope this helps, Dave |

yes SP2 seems to have a way of either messin stuff up or basically makin a user feel they will be killed with some sort of killer web monkey if we 'allow' content.
Tho, there was more to the patch than that...just sort of a dummy proof add-on. I tend to just click the yellow bar above to allow what i want...same with the help. |
