I think the effect is really neat. I love the before and the after together. almost looks brightly painted.

Michelle,

Very nice.

I have a very basic question. Did you do anything else other than a simple crop to get such a nice close-up? When I try it, the image does not seem to be as "close-up"

Thanks!

Alan

Michelle,

Great job! I love the way you cropped the picture. The Orton Effect also turned out wonderful on this picture. I've used that alot on my little nephew's pictures. It adds so much, especially to a childs photo.

Thank you to everyone. This was an easy picture.

Alan: To answer your question... not sure if I did much. I remembered I cropped and more than likely adjusted the levels a little bit and I always like it a little sharper. But other than that not much was done besides the Orton Effect. Definetly nothing fancy. Sure hope that helps.

Thanks Michelle,

I guess maybe I need to crop a little closer. When I crop something like that it does not appear to be as "close"

I'll keep trying!

Thanks!

Alan

Hi Michelle,

Missed this completely earlier. Great job with the Orton effect. Wish mine came out as good as yours. Is this Abigail?? Beautiful little girl.
