Can't view or download lessons

Hi I am really excited to get started on these lessons but when I try to watch the video, media player opens but never loads the video. I have the same problem with the PDF file. The download manager opens but nothing is listed to download and the ok button is darkened. Any ideas? Last night I called the customer service number and she sent me an email on how to log in. I can log in fine, but I can't do the lessons.
Thanks
Heather

Hi Heather
The method that worked best for me was to right click on the link for the pdf or the video and then Save As and once I saved it locally on my machine I was able to view it with no problem.

(I am assuming you are on a windows machine). Let us know if that does it - if not someone will come up with the solution.

You're going to love the lessons!

Hi Heather ..

... Welcome to the forum

Just sorry that you are having problems. Hopefully a Windows user will be along soon and be able to help.

Heather,

What connection are you using? These files will take a while on dial up...

Problems viewing videos are usually caused by Quick time, check that you have the latest updates...
