Trying to register

I have tried to register however when I get to the confirmation page, it has multiple courses there. (the same online class but x4), There is no button to remove these. How do I go about registering for only 1 course without being charged for 4 or 5?

Online Training

Hello -

It is only supposed to show one item; however it obviously wasn't behaving properly. You can try running through the online purchasing process again, making sure that you do not click on the forward or back buttons in your web browser during the ordering process. Clicking these buttons in your web browser can potentially cause problems that would result in multiple items in your cart.

If you would prefer, just call our customer service department toll-free in the US at 1-866-808-2793 to place your order.

are you within the United States? There is a customer service number 1-866-808-2793 but if you are elsewhere there is an email contact info section on the Home section of the site here.

Let them know you are having a problem but if you are unable to accomplish a contact let us know and someone from here will intervene for you.
