"Tinted" Black & White pics

I'm not new to digital scrapping, just to PSE 3.0 and I would love it if someone could give me some pointers on tinting my black and white photos. I love the effect and would like to start using it in my los. Thanks a bunch!

Hi there ...

... and welcome to the forum

One way to tint b & w images is to create a new layer above the image and change its blend mode to colour. Now select the colour you want to add by using the colour picker and then use the paint brush to apply it to your image ... I find that it is best to use a new layer for each colour you want to add
