Photo Book Idea

http://mypublisher.com/default.php

Think as soon as I get ahead a bit I'm going to try it. A friend says he uses them with great results !

Jodi,

have you seen a sample of your friends? I wonder what the quality is like. I have seen something similar -- like the chubby books for toddlers -- the quality was great, but it was about 12 pages total, and the cost was more like $35.00.

If you ever get to order one of these, I would appreciate you letting me know the page, cover and binding quality.

Thanks,

I had the worst time trying to order a book from this company last year. They just couldn't get my order to take hold in their system so I went with Shutterfly's photobook. I guess they are pretty much the same but I found more flexibility with shutterfly's online arrangement than I did with the dowloadable program from mypublisher.

And YES YES YES these's books are the greatest, albeit expensive, to use as portfolio's. I've done several of these for weddings and parties and my customers absolutely love them. I've sold a great many books like this. As for the quality? The binders come in either leather or suede (sp) and the pages are of the highest quality IMHO

I just might try downloading their software again and see if they've made it a little easier to use.

I highly recommend this type of book. You won't be disappointed!!

I"m just catching this thread now. I did a 60 pager from My Publisher.com--It was beautiful. The color was really good & the quality was great. It made a great present.
The Wall Street Journal just did a review on "book publishers" online--my Publisher, Kodak, Shuttefly etc. My publisher came out on top.
After I got that book they now have some Coffee table size books--I wish those had been available then. I would love to have a copy of the book I did--but can't afford it right now!!

Send Mr sugar Daddy to me if he has anything left when you get through with him.
put in a internal 2nd hard drive a Maxtor with 250.-so far so good. I have about 20,000 pics stored on it & still lots of room. Yep you read that right.

And I have had great success with books from Inkubook - four so far. Must admit one was free when they started. Downloading is very easy. Jean

Hi everyone ...

This is a really old thread going back to 2005

We had a spammer post a message in it (which is now deleted) but it brought the old thread back to the top again.
