Vignette
From PopPhoto
(An exclusive for our newsletter subscribers) Digital cameras that produce images with corners darker than the center are said to vignette. You can test a digital camera for this defect as follows. Shoot an image of the open sky. Open the image in Photoshop and click Image > Adjustments > Threshold. The image will change to black and white and if the corners are black, the camera vignettes. |
