Hi,

Oh those are good ... it looks like it was a great class.

The image of the snowcovered window frame is very effective ... did you use a stock photo for the frame or did you take it?

Looks like "Photoshop Elements 3.. Get Up to Speed" from

http://www.eclecticacademy.com/index.html

I just finished it in the spring, and am taking the "make your photos POP" right now.

The instructor (Sara Froehlich) has had a few articles in the PET newsletter.

Thanks for the info, Gary.

Right now I'm taking Wacom Tablet and Painter from eclecticacademy and have plans to take one of the PSE3 classes in the fall.

the frame was a stock - the photo behind was taken at Cornell University - Ithaca NY - at their arboretum. Windows were cut out to show the photo behind thru the window frames.
Yep - PSE3 - Up to Speed with Sara at eclectic academy. Her 6 week courses with downloadable PDF instructions on how to do stuff and pictures to work on - and doing homework are great ways to learn the program. I've taken a number of classes from her (20 bucks apeice). I've 3 ring binders full of the 30+ pages per lesson (6 lessons per course).

How is the How to make your photos POP class?

Hi

I am enjoying the "POP" class. Lots of cool stuff and lots of different tool usage. Thats what I like. I can see me using the stuff from this class a little more than the last one
The first one was a blast, and really got me using the program (which I really needed). This one is a bit more on photo correction and from the look of the syllabus, photo restoration.
Between the 2 classes from Sara, the online one here, a few books and all the wonderful help on this forum, I think I am getting better  .
