Question on Photo Shop Gallery

Hello - I'm new to Photo Shop. Yesterday I bought Elements 3.0 and, as you can guess, I have a lot to learn. My question is about the gallery, to have a gallery do I have to be a subscriber? Thanks in advance - Russ

I should have read more before asking my question. If I understood what I read, as you all know, to have a gallery you must be a subscriber.

Hi Russinator - Welcome to the Photoshop Elements Techniques forums ,

Well you answered your own question... anyone can view the Galleries but only Subscribers can create one. But perhaps you should consider subscribing then!!! Apart from the gallery you get access to the Subscriber Area which has video and web tutorials, downloads, free add-ons for PSE3, articles, hints and tips. It is usually updated weekly with new material.

Plus, you get 8 issues per year of the Photoshop Elements Techniques magazine that features 25 plus pages of tutorials, articles and tips by experts such as Scott Kelby, Dave Cross, Linda Sattgast etc...

Russinator,

The cost to join is very minimal when you think of what you spend to eat out or go to a sporting event. The magazine is very good but the subscriber extras are excellent. You have probably noticed that the group of experts here are a cut above and can increase your learning curve by a thousandfold. Everyday I am learning something new and I'm getting to be an "Old Dog". Jump on in with the rest of us and have a ball.

Russ, I agree with the others. As a brand new user of PSE3 you'll get a lot of use out of this place. And as a subscriber it will be at least three times more useful. (Plus it's just a fun place to hang out! I think drinks are on Rich today?)

Hi Russinator,
Welcome from a fairly new PSE3 learner. The subscription is well worth the small cost with all the extras considered.
Everyone here is so friendly and helpful that it has become my favorite digital hang out.

Thanks to all who responded to my question. You all make being a subscriber sound like the thing to do. As soon as I get this reply written I will subscribe. By the way, is there a limit to the number of photographs one can have in the gallery? Russ

Hey, welcome Russinator! Glad to hear you'll be joining the gang

Yes, there is a limit of 24 images, but you can change them out all the time. I'm looking forward to seeing yours.
