dvd burn/encode error and shutdown
When I try to burn a dvd folder or direct or scan media of a still slide show an error message says Serious error occurs and program shuts down. Can do small files okay but any length More than a few minutes the error pops up. Is it related to RAM availability. One of our computers only has 256 ans seems to do less than our other machines. Seniors in need of help. If RAM then min system recommendations please.

Hi,
Can you tell me what your system specs are? go to Start > All Programs> Accessories> System Tools> Sytem Information and let me know what it says there. As for your RAM 256mb is the minumum required to run the program. Most people generally have better preformance with more RAM. Also you need a P III 800mhz Processor or Higher or AMD Athlon XP. |
