Hey, I made the first page!

Coool! It was way cool to be on the same page with all those heavy-hitters (wendy, kerriann, etc.)

Jodi,

That is simply beautiful there are so many exquisite little touches in there .. the Toad (he is a toad isn't he?) is adorable and that reflection simply rocks, neat ripple !! ... The water drops above the lens flare and the tiny plings just complete it ... you really are a great artist !!

PS ... how did you do that swirl under my name ... stroked path?

Thank you so much ... I very much appreciate it

Wendy

Hi Wendy, well i got to thinking...the other day ya said you were waiting to see one of my little creatures,,well, I really haven't had the focus time to sit down and create anything over the past month or so...actually alot longer. I have to be in my special happy place to get anything to come out of me worthwhile. I can't seem to get there lately but wanted to do a little something for you anyways. Yes he's a toad...a baby !! All the baby toads are out hopping around now. This little guy wasn't even a half inch long but I got down on my belly and got as close as I could and took a few pics. He was quite fast at getting away from me. I cupped my hand over him a few times to calm him down just to get some shots. Anyways, he seemed to work well with this. I should have put a little gold crown on him.

The curly under your name was done with the twirl filter. I had originally just painted a curved line under your name but it was boring. If I can remember correctly I had the twirl filter up pretty high...500+ maybe and I just kept clickin' ctrl+F to reapply the filter over and over til I like it. Anyways, i'm glad you liked it

Jodi,

He really is adorable ... and finishes off a wonderful image.

If I had one tiny part of your talent I would be so happy .. I find your work just fantastic.

Thanks Jodi & Wendy!

In a house with two others who claim "official photographer" status, it's nice to have some images that stand on their own as being "all mine".
