Setting up an account

Can some one tell me if the gallery setup is working I have tried to setup using my forum id. no joy and tried with my subscriber id. no joy keeps saying no user name or password on system if I ask to be sent my password/user name a problem comes up saying there is a problem with my email address yet if I go into my profile I am putting in the same email address as is in there which is the correct one

Hi Ray,

First you need to sign in as a subscriber, then you need to Click on "Create My Gallery" and create a new profile with a user name, password, email address etc. These can be totally different to your other log in details - mine are.

Hi Mike,
Done as you said this was the same way as I did it but still does not work  when I set up a profile it returns to the same page with "problem: no picture sent" if I include a picture same thing happens. :!: and yes the picture is on my disk at the location specified :?

Mike,

It seems to be the set up of the account ..

It lets you fill in your details, browse, choose your image then it seems to be uploading but it then just says no image was uploaded.

Wendy,

The only time a problem with uploading was when I used an image that was too large...

Aahhh I got that when the site was very first up, but at that time Jon was still finishing the site...

Hopefully he will pick this up tomorrow...
