Thanks

A big thanks to Jan and the team for getting the gallery up and running.

I haven't posted yet..I figured after the last challenge, picking more than one would be easy.... ops: I was wrong.

I'm sure there will be some tweaks and changes, as the Gallery grows. I am also just as sure, they will be for the better of mankind, or at least the Gallery
Everytime I turn around, you guys are making this site better I don't see why this would be any different.

Gary.

Gary,

I do agree with that .. its great that despite all the problems caused by the crash the team have still found time to get the Gallery up and running.

A big thank you from me

Let me echo the thanks. It's really evolving into a wonderful site with more and more all the time. I appreciate it greatly.

(and I really was just kidding about the Friday thing.....) Somtimes I think it's tongue in cheek and it ends up being foot in mouth.

And I'll toss in my kudos, too! This is a delightful "place" to be. Thanks to everyone who works so hard to make it that way.

Kerri

I figured you were teasing about the friday thing.
Mind you, if they didn't let us fend for ourselves once in a while, we wouldn't have anything to bellyache about. :P

Gary.

That's right Gary, if everything in computer world was perfect and troublefree we probably wouldn't even NEED this forum!

Even though she was kidding, I thought Kerri had a good point... maybe Friday isn't the best day for us to update the site and launch new things. We just assumed that folks would want to play around with new tutorials and videos when they had time to spend with them, like on the weekends, but maybe that's not the case. Seems like a lot of us spend a lot of time on weeknights, and even during the day with Elements.

So let's hear some ideas. What does everyone think about this? Would Wednesday be a better update day? That way, if there's a glitch or hiccup, it could still be corrected before the weekend...

I like Wednesday as the date to update for two reasons --

First, it lets you work the kinks out of everything before the weekend, and second, it gives me a chance to play with the tutorials a bit before the weekend and overcome the learning curve so that on the weekend I can actually become productive.

Thanks for asking!

(p.s.....my first gallery image is still stuck...no "make main" or "delete" under it -- If on Monday someone could have a peek that would be great)
