gallery navigating

Is there a way to get to a specific person's gallery?
Jan said she's post a tornado pix, so how do I get just to Jan's gallery?
or
Are there going to be names in the "browse all galleries" place? Now you have to click on a pix to see who it belongs to.

Thanks!

Kerri,

I haven't found a way either ... clicking on an image to see who it belongs it is OK for the moment but not sure how it will work when there are lots

I haven't tried it yet but isn't there a way to add your name when you are uploading the images ?

What if we each created a titlepage, with our name in large block letters, and posted that as our "Main" page. I tried it using some fancier font, and the thumbnail was too fuzzy, but maybe with large block letters . . . Maybe I'll give it a try.

Well, I didn't spend any time making this beautiful . . . but I did post my "Main" page on the gallery with nothing but my name in bold font. I suppose it would be a way to do it if it can't be done some other way. Take a look and see . . .

Linda, that works pretty well! I'll have to try that.

I suppose that another way would be to put your name under the main image.

I noticed on the NAPP site that you can search for individual members galleries - but even their main images don't have names underneath.

Perhaps the search facility would be a good idea..?

Then perhaps the best way forward is Linda's one

Wendy,

I don't know... I tend to browse the NAPP gallery based on the images (e.g. I'm more likely to look at landscapes and scenes rather than flowers) not who took them, but the search facility means that if you want to find someone in particular then you can.

Hi Kerriann,
Unfortunately, at this time, there's no way to locate a specific person's gallery. I'm working on what we can do about that. But we wanted to go ahead and get the gallery up and running. Hopefully, we'll be able now to add features and make adjustments as we grow.

Meanwhile, here's a link to that image I was talking about. I think it's called a wall cloud. But someone correct me, please, if that's wrong. I was driving one day and noticed the storm approaching, so I jumped out and snapped this picture. It's the most unusual cloud formation I've ever seen, and the photo really doesn't do it justice... ya had to be there!
