It's all gone!
I went to use PSE5 this evening and got an error message stating there was a program error - all the styles, effects, actions etc.... are gone!
 Suggestions? Uninstall and start over? What?

Nevermind - I tried the ctrl+shift trick to force the rebuild, and it worked. Whew!

I spoke to soon - sharpening still isn't showing up. And everytime I go into the program I have to force it to rebuild.
I'm getting really aggrivated with PSE5 - so far I'm finding more bugs than goodies.

Sounds like it may be all related ... try deleting the prefs file: To do that close down Elements then click on the Editor start up icon and quickly hold down the Control, Alt and Shift keys. Continue to hold down all three keys until you get a screen asking if you want to delete Settings ... just say Yes. Hopefulky that will sort it out Wendy
