Question Problems with the Downloader

Shortly after I installed PSE5 my downloader started crashing. I haven't seen other posts on this issue. Has anyone else had this problem and what is the soultion? I have been using a work-around but would like to get the Downloader back.

Downloader Crash

I have had a problem but only when it hits a .MOV video file. If I uncheck them in the preview it works fine. I posted a similar listing about this but nobody knows or has had the same problem.
