Access to online training

I have registered and paid for the online training. I have a receipt showing I paid and stating that I will recdeive a confirmation email containing a student ID and session number to access the course. It has now been 3 days. Is there a period of time that is necessary before I am able to begin the course?

Hi Jerry,
As Wendy said, we are working on the online training issues at this very moment, making sure people get their Student ID and password access code. We'll have things sorted out and back to normal as soon as we can.

Thanks for your patience!

Still having problems

I am still not able to get to my class. I have called and they said they had to forward the info to someone else who would contact me shortly. That was two days ago and I am still getting this message when I try to log on with what I was told to use--"Error: We're sorry, but there was a problem: That email address and password do not match." Any suggestions, anyone, please.

Still having problems?

Jerry -

It appears that your transaction went through our system flawlessly. We did have a problem with delayed email over the weekend you registered, so I'm hoping that at some point after your forum posting the email eventually arrived, and all is well. If not, please contact our customer service department and they will be glad to help you out!
