Frames in PSE3?

How can I control the width/thickness of the frames inserted by PSE3?

The frames in effects palette of pe3 give you the option to adjust the bevel ( double click on cursive ' f ' in frame layer ) but there is no option to make wider or narrower.

Re PSE 3 Frames......

Tnx for ur reply Jodi...I was thinking that as Styles/Effects are really actions under another name I would be able to modify them....if I knew how!
