Question Uninstall PSE6 and Snow Leopard

I have purchased PSE8 and will install it soon. Adobe says that you need not uninstall previous versions of PSE when installing a newer version. If that is still true, and I want to uninstall PSE6 anyway, will I be able to uninstall PSE6 using the install disk that was created for use in OS X 10.5 and earlier. In other words will the fact that I am now using Snow Leopard prohibit me from using the original install disk which came out before Snow Leopard to uninstall PSE6?

Hi Bud ...

... and welcome to the Village

The uninstaller for PSE6 should work just fine ... Elements quotes the OSX that is current when Elements is released but PSE6 does work OK in Snow Leopard.

I tend to leave the older versions of Elements in place but that is mainly because I like to drop back to them to answer questions.
