Margie: Good one and yes a stroke round a feathered selection will come out feathered but I see you fixed it.

Bill: I knew a car would work Very effectively too using the radial blur. Seen some car ads that use that technique.

Tony, I always get "inverse" and "invert" (different key strokes) mixed up. I tried both and the "Enchance>Adjust color>remove color in both instances was grayed out. Any suggestions?

Edit: Okay - got it! I was on the wrong layer! Duh!

Another try

This is a lovely tutorial, I like the soft look for photos. I changed the photo to B and W first, then added the colour in the selection. Ended with a bevel edge, which I managed to do correctly this time.
