Hey, I just took a look at Diana's links. It's amazing how much you can do with Photoshop Elements. I've just upgraded to the new version which looks similar, but has some new features.

Next, I will look into figuring how to add frames to photos...

I think that it applies more to fonts since fonts are used by all applications (word, ms office, photoshop, other graphic programs, etc). However, installing fonts probably still has some effect on slowing down Photoshop.

One thing to bear in mind is that a lot of free fonts are for personal use so do check that they allow you to use them to create websites
