Photo theme #337
Let's treat ourselves to something soothing this week. The theme is tranquility.
 Grab your camera, a yoga mat and have some fun ! Bill The fine print: Everyone is invited to participate. Because the purpose of the weekly theme is to get us more familiar with our cameras and to sharpen our photographic skills, images should be your own and entries should be taken during the week of the theme. Photoshopping is allowed. Be creative and have fun!

OK Bill, I'll start this one off. We hurried out today, as the weather is due to change within the next 48 hours. A moment of tranquillity, but with noisy, traffic-filled streets not too far away. Thank goodness for urban parkland!

A nice spot + Topaz Simpliify = Tranquility
  Now if I could only get this week's Be Creative to work...I might actually feel tranquil!

Went for a ramble in the countryside yesterday and thought this peaceful scene summed up the theme. It was a 12 mile walk in the beautiful Surrey hills in the company of my son.

Many thanks for the themes - they are making both of us get out there and use the camera. Tony, We have had a couple of weeks glorious weather - unfortunately it has just changed and in the north there is snow and gales. Down south it is OK and hope it will be good for your visit.

Dennis.....I like the way you desaturated the colors....think it gives the image a more tranquil look....seems I'm always looking to make my color pop.....tried it on my image and think it now appears more tranquil
