Change start image in PSE 7

In PSE 5 i can easy change the startimage.
Down left there is a X where i can change so PSE 5 always opnes the editor immediately.
Bute how do i change in PSE 7 - there is no X in PSE 7 ?

In PSE4 there was a line of text on the bottom of the start screen that had a box to check - the print is small, easily overlooked. Maybe PSE5 has the same screen.

Eos

If you are referring to whether the Welcome Screen is followed immediately by the Editor or Organizer?

Then, here are my observations about that and several of the Photoshop Elements versions that I have installed on my Windows 7 computer:

Photoshop Elements 6
Welcome Screen, bottom left has drop down list with these options

Photoshop Elements 7
Welcome Screen, cannot find these options anywhere

Photoshop Elements 8
Welcome Screen, top right, icon which when clicked gives you these options

Photoshop Elements 9
Welcome Screen, top right, icon which when clicked gives you these options

Photoshop Elements 10
Welcome Screen, top right is the word "Settings" which when clicked gives you these options.

Might not a workaround for Photoshop Elements 7 be:
a. right click the Photoshop Elements 7 desktop icon, select Properties, and then Open File Location.
b. when at that location, create desktop shortcuts for the files Photoshop Elements Editor.exe and Photoshop Elements Organizer.exe and then use the appropriate one when you want the Editor or the Organizer to open?

Right now it seems that Photoshop Elements 7 PC bypassed offering the Welcome Screen choice of Editor or Organizer as first to open.
