PSE 6 on Win 7 (where is the catalog stored?)
OK...After a couple of VERY long days, I've managed to restore about 2/3 of my catalog but converting an old PSE 4 catalog that was installed on an XP system. I've reconnected everything I could find but I'd like to know where to find the newly converted file.
If I understand correctly, I can not backup ONLY the catalog through PSE. I already save my photos on an EHD but since I didn't know where the catalog is stored it did NOT save that. I'd like to correct that problem. Thanks!

Great news and great job, but you did not tell us where you found it. Just addressing the catalog location, was it via Windows 7 path: Local C Drive Program Data Adobe Photoshop Elements Catalogs and in the Catalog Folder was a folder for a catalog that you created in Photoshop Elements 6? Follow up is so important to us all. Thanks. ATR
