Photoshop.com album sharing questions

I am new to Elements and I saw in a tutorial that on the welcome screen there is supposed to be a button to open photoshop.com to register so you could upload albums to share. The button isnt there so I went to photoshop.com and tried to sign up but I get an error and it wont let me sign up for an account.

When I share albums in E7 it doesnt upload them to photoshop.com but uploads them to something called Photoshop Showcase. I dont have a url to go to my pictures like I saw in the tutorial video of photoshop.com.

Am I missing something ?

Why can't I create a photoshop.com account ?

Update - I ended up emailing Adode and they said there was a problem with my user ID so they reset it.

Now I have a new question. When I am in the 'Sharing' tab and I select online album, it doesnt give me a choice to share to photoshop.com. It just gives me a choice to share to photoshop showcase.

Does anyone know how to change that so I can share to photoshop.com ?

In this tutorial http://tv.adobe.com/watch/learn-phot...photos-online/ she shares directly to photoshop.com although there is no where on my welcomes screen to sign into photoshop.com. I actually have to go to the link to use it.

Try step 1 of this FAQ:

http://www.johnrellis.com/psedbtool/...hare_To_Flickr

I'm not sure if it applies to sync with Photoshop.com, but it's easy to try.

Try posting in Adobe's Photoshop.com forum:

http://forums.adobe.com/community/ph...dotcom_general

Adobe employees often help out there, and they generally seem much more clueful than Adobe Customer Support.
